| Responsibilities: | We are working with our client in locating a Performance Management consultant to assist with their roll out. There will be large scale classroom training deployment. These courses are being developed for 7,000 employees and of those 1,000 are in management positions.
Most classes have power points developed yet need to be turned into ILT and e-learning or blended approach. The client will also be developing quick reference cards, and user cards.
In this role, you will be part of a team. A major pilot program will then take place and a roll out to all facilities which will require you to perform a train-the-trainer and possibly train the employees.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year. The job will start out 20 hours a week for the first few weeks then will go to 40 hours a week for a year
Location: St. Louis, MO. Local candidates preferred, within commutable distance. You would need to be on-site at times and with ability to work remotely.

| Qualifications: | Requirements:
* Strong Instructional Design experience
* Strong Facilitation experience
* eLearning Development and deployment experience
* Performance Management training design/writing of material
* Classroom training design
* Large scale classroom training deployment experience
* Experience with SuccessFactors or SAP (any version they will not have to work within SAP just be familiar with roles) is a definite plus
* Technical aptitude - this project requires a certain level of technical frame of reference (Microsoft Applications, MS Project would be nice to have)
