* Partnership with Talent Management and Leadership to evaluate training needs
* Development and implementation of Internship Program curriculums
* Management of external training programs and partnerships
* Measurement of training
* Research and benchmarking
* Partnership with Training Design and Development to write and develop programs and courses

| Qualifications: | Educational Preference:
Bachelors™ Degree
Experience Preference:
* Five plus years experience in the following training disciplines
* Facilitation at all levels with focus on Leadership and Executive
* Strong understanding of Adult Learning
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Implementation of Executive Leadership Programs
* Instructional Design (Instructor Led and Computer Based Training - preferred)
* Retail management experience preferred
