Lori Bleitner, President, Bleitner Consulting Services
Lori Bleitner brings more than 15 years of experience in Training and Organizational Development to her clients at Bleitner Consulting Services. Prior to starting her own business, she most worked for Harrah's Entertainment in St. Louis, MO, where she was responsible for the development of leadership positions throughout the Midwest.
For the past seven years Lori has been self-employed as an Organization Development consultant in the St. Louis area. She enjoys supporting organizations in their Leadership Development initiatives, as well as creating strategic plans for the organization's overall productivity and profitability. Lori's client list includes: Kellwood Company, Maritz, Nestle Purina, H&H Health Associates, TALX Corporation and Mid-America Transplant Services.
Lori holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. She has also earned several certifications in her field including AchieveGlobal Master Trainer, DDI Certified Trainer, Blanchard's Situational Leadership, and MRG's Leadership 360 Assessment tools. She is also an Inscape Distributor for DiSC assessment tools. To continue to stay abreast of new methodologies, Lori hopes to return to school in pursuit of a Doctoral degree.
