Jeanne Bonzon, Senior Program Manager, BJC Healthcare
Jeanne Bonzon is a Senior Program Manager for BJC HealthCare's Center for LifeLong Learning (CLL). She manages the learning technologies program, which includes instructional design for eLearning and system administration for BJC's learning management system. She also manages the technical instructor-led class programs. In addition, she has budget and strategic planning responsibilities. Prior to joining BJC in 2005, Jeanne worked for eleven years as an instructor and consultant for organizations such as Maritz, Emerson and Monsanto. She is the author of six Crystal Reports course manuals published by Element K Press.
Jeanne has been a presenter at two national ASTD conferences, most recently at ASTD Learn from the Best; she is a certified technical trainer and is MOS certified at the Master level.
JoAnn Shaw, President & CLO, BJC Healthcare
As vice president and chief learning officer for BJC HealthCare, JoAnn Shaw oversees BJC's adult learning initiatives, including the BJC Center for Lifelong Learning, School at Work program and partnerships with local colleges and universities. Shaw joined BJC in 2001 as vice president and chief human resources officer and established the BJC Center for Lifelong Learning to open new career paths for employees through training and development opportunities.
Before joining BJC, Shaw held leadership roles at University of Chicago Hospitals and Health System, Michael Reese Medical Center, Children's Memorial Hospital, and FMC Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, and San Jose, California. She has extensive experience in human resources administration with an emphasis on change management, employee-labor relations, human resources re-engineering in health care and developing a corporate "university" for employee education.
Christine Eoff, Training & Development Manager, Scottrade
Christine Eoff is the Training and Development Manager at Scottrade. She has been with Scottrade 9 years and 7 years of those years in the Training & Development Department. Christine holds her Series 7, 63 and 24 FINRA licenses. Christine and her department are responsible for training over 1,800 home office and branch associates using a variety of training methods. Under her leadership, Scottrade has been recognized for its dedication to associate training and development, receiving the American Society of Training and Development BEST award, the Learning Leader award from Bersin & Associates, and being named one of the Top 125 training programs in the U.S. by Training magazine.
